Junior LIFT is a fun, structured strength class designed specifically for young people aged 10–16. The class focuses on teaching safe and effective free-weight lifting, good movement patterns, breathing techniques and building confidence in the gym.


Sessions are fully coached, age-appropriate and supportive, helping juniors develop strength, coordination and body awareness in a positive environment. Each class finishes with a short conditioning element to keep things engaging and build overall fitness.


This class is ideal for beginners as well as those already involved in sport who want to improve strength and movement safely.
