About Box Fit

A Box Fit class is a high-energy workout that combines boxing techniques with cardiovascular training, designed to improve strength and endurance. Led by a coach with 20 years of martial arts experience as a kick-boxer, the class starts with a warm-up and progresses through various boxing drills, including jabs, crosses, and hooks, often using focus pads or heavy bags. 

Participants engage in circuit-style training with bodyweight exercises for a full-body workout, enhancing coordination, speed, and core strength. This class offers an exciting way to relieve stress, build confidence, and achieve fitness goals in a motivating environment.
